Really struggling with distance right now! I have a half marathon in just over a month planned and i'm still struggling to accomplish a 7 mile run. I just get to feeling weak and wiped out. Going to stop by the local running store to pick up something my sister uses (some chews) and try that just as soon as i get over there and hoping that it's my magic! :) Seems like this 30 something body of mine goes in spurts and doesn't always like to cooperate with what i need to get done when i need to get it done!
This weekend is it! It is 7-8 miles or bust!
